"I ordered via the internet some checks. I decided I didn't want them, as my resources dried up because of the pandemic. I emailed them with all pertinent info and said to cancel the order - this was that day after I ordered. They said I had to call to cancel. I did, and was put on hold. After a half an hour, I hung up. This happened two more times. I emailed them again and said cancel the order, as I couldn't get through by phone. I never got a response and two months later I got the checks I canceled. I'm refusing to pay. "
"I ordered custom image checks from this company - they printed a photo of mine as the background on the checks. The ink they use to print the image is incompatible with every pen I use - the pen skips and skips and skips. Their printed images will not absorb either ball point or gel without skipping. I called the company and was on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up. DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS. "
"I ordered 2 boxes of checks. I received 2 envelopes of checks for a total of 200 checks. Each envelope contained 2 pads of checks with 50 checks in each pad...way too big for my checkbook cover. After using only 3 checks they would not tear evenly at the top, leaving a jagged edge at the top of each check. After filling out all my information & credit card number the shipping was free...but there was a handling fee of $6.50. After using the first few checks I tried going online since satisfaction was guaranteed, but the site was "experiencing difficulties, try again later." "
"So I ordered these checks over a week and a half ago, and I paid extra for expedited shipping (it said it would prioritize my order and get it to me in 2 days), and now I’m not supposed to get it for another 2 days. I’m very disappointed with this site and would not recommend it for anyone."
"I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I just went online to check the status of my order from June 4 and it said the order was canceled. I NEVER received a follow-up call from the vendor. Yesterday, 6/24/19, I sent two emails asking for a call back from customer service after waiting an hour on hold. No one EVER picked up.
I still have not heard back from anybody from this company."
"They sent me a tracking link for ups, but shipped them with USPS. hey were shipped on 4/13 (UPS priority is what I paid for) it's now 4/22 and I don't know where my checks are and neither does checks.com. "

"I ordered a simple box of single checks, selected NO rush so I expected to have them in had in 3 weeks, even though the website said two weeks. So about 15 days after I oder and pay, I get a shipping confirmation email with no tracking, 15 MORE days pass no checks. Call the company and they claim my address is wrong but I checked and it was correct. He then put me in a rush order for new checks said I would receive them in 5 days or less. SO a week later I get a shipping confirmation for the redo order and it had a tracking number. I give the number about 36 hours to update and USPS still hasn't received the package. Like I said go anywhere else but this joke of a business. "
"I ordered some checks from check.com and just got them tonight. You can't even see the design, it's printed so light - it doesn't look anything like the pictures on the website. I called to make them aware of the issue and was told that they couldn't print them any darker and that I should have read the fine print where it says image on website is "enhanced". I will not order from them again and do not recommend anyone use them. So much for 100% satisfaction. "

"I paid for my check order 3 times. Each time they said it was paid, but then kept sending late payment bills. They threatened to turn me in to a collection agency after I paid twice, so I paid a third time. The manager I spoke on the phone was even less helpful. Do Not use this company!"
"Ordered checks from them and chose calligraphy font. I received something similar but not what the sample looked like on my order. They claim they will refund my money, but I now seem to remember this happening years ago with same company. So if you really don’t care what your font ends up looking like on your checks, they are worth the cheap price. If not, order from another company..."
"I received an order that was printed wrong. I called the number for customer service and waited 15 mins. No answer. I called back a couple hours later, same thing, 15 no rep ever picked up. Sent an email and got a response that said you have to call customer support and wait. Next day I called again, waited 25 mins on hold, again no one ever picked up. Worst customer service I have ever seen. So much for 100% satisfaction."

"First, they decided they wouldn't print my checks because they didn't like my PO box #. When we finally resolved that issue, I was told the order was processing. 10 days later, they said it would arrive within 3-5 days. Not acceptable processing time."
