"The goko gyuto is fantastic. Super sharp OTB. The handle isn't the greatest, so I agree with others who say it is the down point. Also food does stick to the knife sometimes, but, for the price, the knife is awesome! Overall I love the knife! Knife was supposed to arrive on Saturday, but it didn't arrive until Monday. I was eager to get the knife, so I was disappointed in the delay. But it wasn't a big deal."
