"I ordered a CDN TCT572-W folding thermometer on August 20th. It was delivered on August 24th by first class mail, USPS. The ordering process and the delivery were both excellent, among the best and most easy to use I have ever experienced.
The product is a different story. I trusted Chef's Resource to provide a quality product that would function as claimed. Chef's Resource supported CDN's claim of a 3 second response and noted specific advantages over Thermapen. This item has a response time of at least 10 seconds or 3 time longer than claimed, significantly different from a Thermapen. CDN, like any company, can make statements and list specifications for its products. I depend on companies like Chef's Resource to provide a truthful analysis of those specifications and products. CDN does have some great products, however, Chef's Resource may want to reconsider offering this specific CDN product.
After contacting CDN, it was confirmed the item would not work as promised. They offered to replace under warranty if and when they ever offer a working product. To their credit, and thanks to Michael Tucker, Chef's Resource has offered to credit my account and reimburse shipping for the product return.

"I placed an order with Chef's Resource a month ago today.
I still have not received any product from them. I paid over $40 to have a steel and 2 blade guards shipped to me and they sent me some sort of bogus tracking number that shows nothing.
I've tried to call in three times to talk to someone and I keep getting the same message that there's no one available to take my call and to leave a message and someone will call back...No call back yet.
I wish I had gone with any other online store as I would have my items now.
Update:
Someone did call me back today to let me know that I will be refunded in full.
