"I was referred to Chef's Resource (CR) from a representative at Chef'n. CR states on their web site that they carry a complete line of Chef'n products, they do NOT. After I placed my order I received an email stating 2 of the items were either out of stock and discontinued by the manufacturer and did I want to cancel the order or have it shipped minus these items. I wrote back immediately to please ship the remaining items (this was still in the a.m. CR time 06/21). The next day I received an email stating items would ship that day (06/22), but did not receive a tracking number until 06/25. UPS tracking indicates items will arrive by EOB Thursday 06/28.
I order online frequently and unlike most businesses I deal with, I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling from this retailer.
