"I found your website while searching for some unique bakeware for my young grandson, who loves to cook. Among other things, I purchased a train cake pan. My grandson loves trains so hopefully this will be a hit. We haven't used the bakeware because it is a surprise for Christmas. The pan is a heavy duty pan and seems like it would be an excellent purchase.

"I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Chef's resource for two reasons. First, the shipping was very prompt. Unfortunately my product arrived missing a piece but that leads me to my 2nd reason: Customer service. I called and spoke directly with a representative who talked me through the packaging to make sure I hadn't missed the specific piece (I hadn't). This representative then apologized for the mistake and mailed me the peaces. Painless, simple, and very much appreciated. I would definitely use them as a vendor again."
