After 1 weeks and no word (I did receive advertising) I called and was told one of the items was out of stock and they had no idea when the would get some in but the would ship all items whenever they came in. After explaining that may be that was not the best customer service move they agreed to ship the items in stock and ship the rest when it became available. Today is Nov 30 and the remaining articles have not shipped according to their website and I have yet to hear anything from Chef's Resources by mail or phone as to the status of my order.
