Recognizing that such a shipping delay might be a deal breaker for me, Chef's Resource offered me the chance to cancel my order if I wished to shop for the item elsewhere. Very polite but they held up my entire order because 1 item was not in their warehouse and they didn't expect if for 10 days. Why wouldn't you send out what you have and then in 10 days send the backordered items like almost every other company in the country??

Their in-house policies are irrelevant when it comes to good customer service. I wish I could tell you about the products or something else but today is July 26, 2011, the order was placed July 10, 2011 and I still don't have any products but they took my money 16 days ago!!!
