"I was really excited when I came across the Chef's Resource website. They had a lot of really great kitchen gadgets and I'm always on the lookout for good deals. This site seemed to have it all. I had been looking for Chef'n Switchit spatulas for a while and I found them on the site. I placed four different versions of them in my cart and went through the whole checkout process with absolutely no sign of them being low in stock, let alone low in stock. I placed my order and got the confirmation. The next day, I got an email saying that none of the items were in stock and because of that my order had been canceled. It was extremely disappointing. I was told that the items went so quickly they hadn't had time to get them off the website. This was a week ago and I just checked and the items are still on the site. Unbelievable. It seems as though they don't care enough about the excuse they gave me to even fix the problem. Pretty disappointing."

"One of the few things lost in our move last year from Portland, Oregon to Olympia, Washington, was a set of two stainless steel sink strainers for the kitchen sink. It may seem like a small thing but I went through boxes for months with an eye out for these little sink cups that made my kitchen work the way I like it - easy, clean, efficient and durable.
I started looking in kitchenware shops and stores to replace them. They were nowhere to be found and I had no idea what they were called or who made them.
Stymied, I gave up and resigned myself to never finding them again until I got a phone call from my dear mother-in-law in New York City.
