After two weeks and not receiving anything, I called customer service to inquire. I was promptly called back and informed that the item was out of stock. We did finally receive our pan, however, it took 5 weeks. "

"Well, I placed my order and all seemed to be going well until I received an email saying that the item I wanted would be delayed. I was invited to either wait and receive it when it came in from the vendor, or cancel my order. I asked when the item might be received and this took a couple of days to hear back from them. However, once they told me when it would arrive (too late for the birthday), I was able to quickly cancel it and purchase elsewhere. They seemed pretty on top of things and I have no doubt that they would have sent it in a timely fashion if it were in stock. "
