"Navigating the site, finding what I was looking for and placing the order was easy. Everything was easy! I have but one complaint.... There was no tracking information...ie tracking number. I had no idea where the order was at any time and no idea when to expect delivery, or whether it would be shipped via UPS or US Mail... only that the order had shipped. It took 1.5 weeks to receive the order and I had no idea when it would arrive. My experience with other vendors is... they give complete tracking info so that I can track the order in detail from order reception to delivery allowing me to predict to the day when my order will arrive.
I am pleased with the product and all other aspects of the experience...Good Stuff! "
