"I ordered one product (Bonjour frother)and got another newer product, which had terrible reviews,and which I did not want. The company never told me that they were shipping another product than the one I ordered. I got charged for the product and shipping. I complained, and the company offered to refund the cost of the product but not the shipping. I have the useless frother product, which does not work. I have yet to see if I get a refund of the cost of the frother, but I shall not get a refund of the shipping costs. I am not happy. And, when I first ordered, the company let me know that they were out of stock, kindly, and asked if I wanted to wait. I opted to wait hoping eventually to get the product I wanted. I waited months, and then got the newer version, which I did not want. This has been a time waster for me- and does not have a great outcome."

"I love this store! There are so many neat kitchen gadgets. I recently bought the 8" Andrea Trans Acrylic Salt Mill. I wish I had read the product label more thoroughly. I thought I was getting the set (salt AND pepper mill). But, it was so pretty, I just knew I wanted it. I think you would like this product, but be sure to get both the salt and pepper mills as they are separate products. I wish I had.
