My only complaint concerns UPS and their extremely slow delivery service. It took UPS 6 days to deliver a package from Southern California to Portland, Oregon (1,000 miles). I would highly recommend a differenbt carrier."

"So far my overall experience with Chef's Resource is poor. I placed an order on 11/10/12. The website clearly states that items are shipped within a day or two of order. My order is yet to be shipped and it is now 11/25/12. I had to call them to find out the status of my order because I have yet to receive any emails from them. I understand some of the items I ordered are on backorder...but an email stating why my order has not shipped yet would have been nice. They knew these items were on backorder when I placed this order online. If items are not shipped within the timeframe given on their website, they should at least let the customer know why. I think they really need to work on communicating with customers a little better."
