"I ordered a gift for my Parents on 12/05 to arrive 12/19. On 12/19 the gift did NOT arrive. I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to wait a few days. I contacted again on 12/21and 8 hours later, at 10PM, they informed me that my gift was lost. They refused to send me a new order with expediated shipping at their expense. They told me to come back in January, without even the slightest hint of compassion. They still have $150.00 assortments available to ship. They should break those up and send my gift, but they refuse. Now my parent's will have no gift on Christmas when they are already missing out on seeing their Grandchildren, due to Covid. This is the first time ordering from them and it will be my last. Scouring Facebook, I see they have jilted many this holiday season. They are the Grinch that stole Christmas from my family!"

"I am a shoprunner customer entitled to free shipping. They refuse to apply my benefits online because they want me to pay $20 for their program instead. I spent over an hour with their chat support who first gave me the wrong number to call Shoprunner on, and then when I told them it was then wrong number they disconnected the chat.

So I called instead, and it was another 1 hour, 10 minutes before they finally waived shipping manually. And to be abundantly clear the cookies are not worth the effort in my opinion but I get beyond irritated when companies try to scam me out of something I am entitled to."

The cookies taste good, and they are well packaged in the box. The message that you type in the order, it won't be inside the box, but it will be inside the shipping label pouch. Wish it was inside the box though, that'd be preferable.

My main concern is the arrival date. Do not rely on it entirely. I put 2/7, and it got there on the 2/8. And for Valentine day, it arrived one day before on 2/13. I don't know why they allow the input of the desired delivery date if it's not entirely accurate."
