Fool me once, shame on me...
"I ordered a desk back in September that was set to ship on a particular day. The day before the desk was to arrive, it still had not shipped so I called HD Customer Service. They informed me then that my item was actually on back order. They could offer no reason as to why I was not informed sooner. I had to cancel the order as I didn't want to wait indefinitely. I figured that was just a mistake on their part and although frustrated, I chalked it up to Covid. Fast forward months later... I ordered a different desk that I had been emailed that it was back in stock! This was the desk I really wanted and my daughter was so excited too! Again, I day before it was scheduled to arrive, I called them and, AGAIN! "Sorry, it is back ordered!" Now I am LIVID! They should have corrected their system after the first debacle but did not! There is absolutely no concern for the customer! No concern at all. They offered 10% off a future purchase. There is no way in Hell that I would ever order from them again!!! I am done with Home Depot"

Lost my order and Lack Compassion
"I ordered a gift for my Parents on 12/05 to arrive 12/19. On 12/19 the gift did NOT arrive. I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to wait a few days. I contacted again on 12/21and 8 hours later, at 10PM, they informed me that my gift was lost. They refused to send me a new order with expediated shipping at their expense. They told me to come back in January, without even the slightest hint of compassion. They still have $150.00 assortments available to ship. They should break those up and send my gift, but they refuse. Now my parent's will have no gift on Christmas when they are already missing out on seeing their Grandchildren, due to Covid. This is the first time ordering from them and it will be my last. Scouring Facebook, I see they have jilted many this holiday season. They are the Grinch that stole Christmas from my family!"

Shipping not available any more
"Target used to ship practically everything for Free with the Red Card (The reason I even got it to begin with). Now, barely anything is eligible for shipping. If I wanted to shop in store, I would do so. I am very disappointed in Target. I used to LOVE Target.com, now I hate it!!! Also their Filters are useless!!!"
