"I realize Chico’s is mostly not to blame for their use of USPS to deliver my purchases but I’m losing patience with being told my purchase has shipped but I can’t find any tracking. I was told USPS now doesn’t track till my package reaches my postoffice. Chico’s is partly to blame for my dissatisfaction because of who you choose to deliver my package. What about FEDX or UPS? Anybody has to be better than the post office. I know you won’t post this review but I got to vent."

"All I expected to do was pick up an item I had ordered online, but I ended up spending the afternoon enjoying a shopping adventure. When I discovered that a sale was going on -- and that the reduced items were just my size/style...well, you can imagine the rest. The two stylists -- I wouldn't call them sales-people -- could not have been more helpful. They searched for matching garments and hunted for just the right assessories and became my instant besties! What fun. OK, so I spent more than I intended. So, I bought styles I never would have considered if they hadn't insisted that I try them. It's a good thing the store is in my neighborhood! I cannot wait to go back."
