"Ive had a very good relationship with Chico’s over the years. However not such great luck with returns. It seldom runs smoothly and needs reminding Chicos to complete a return/exchange. I wear petite and not all the new colors of pants are offered in petite. Other than these two minor problems sales personnel put friendly and helpful. They do try to help locate pieces I'm sesrching for. Beside all that I love the clothes. Thanks Chico’s. "
