"Order placed on 6/16 - Received 6 items in a timely manner - returned 2 the following day - many phone calls concerning refund (waiting time approx. 45 minutes while on the phone). Finally a partial refund on August 13 showed up in my account. I thought I had found a site for clothing that met my standards but now I will continue to search as customer service regarding returns is lax and certainly does not give customers the attention they deserve.
