" On two different occasions, months apart from each other, I ordered online and Chicos emails stating shipment is on the way. After waiting a week and not receiving, I tracked the package(s) (Chicos provides the link) to determine where the shipment is located and expected delivery. In doing so, tracking indicated there was no tracking information as shipment never picked up from merchant.

In calling Chicos, there is no explanation and there is a set period of time to pass before issuing a refund. Chicos instructs the customer to call again after the set time period if not received and request the refund.

Well I'm confused with the purpose of waiting if the shipment never received a tracking number.
Doesn't this interrupt to the goods were never shipped? . . . or is there another reasonable answer
that Chicos should investigate to alleviate this issue recurring? "
