"Typically my orders have been shipped quickly with good communication. It took three weeks to receive my order and the shipping notification was not updated until after I received the item. I emailed an inquiry about the delay and did not receive a reply.
I was also not aware that orders paid via Paypal could not be returned to stores. I ordered two different sizes to compare fit and had planned on returning the one that didn't work to the store. I was unprepared to pay for shipping to return it. Lesson learned. "
