"I returned some items to the Chico’s store at the Shops at Briargate in Colorado Springs and was treated VERY poorly by the nasty , arrogant British woman behind the counter. She told me that because I had purchased the items online at Chico’s Off The Rack, I shouldn’t be returning the items to the store. I told her that I had always returned the items to the store. She looked at me and said “That is not a true fact.” She basically called me a liar straight to my face! WOW!! I will NEVER set foot in that store again and I will go out of my way to let everyone I know how I was treated by this arrogant, condescending witch! I sent a complaint to corporate headquarters as well to let them know about their “quality” employee!! "
