I had ordered an online purchase from Chicos which didn't fit and I called the Chico's in north Scottsdale to see if they were open so I could return it there. Yes! It was a delightful experience and I even found 4 things I couldn't live without. The store is beautiful and nicely laid out. The 2 ladies (I'm sorry I'm so bad with names) who worked there were most helpful and very pleasant. It was not crowded and of course we all wore our masks. "
