"I purchased three items and two of the three were delivered. The third item, a dress, showed as having shipped to my local post office in Jacksonville. It sat there for 4 days and then was shipped to Chicago.
I called Chico's for help and all they could do was email the post office about the error and give my email as the contact point. Now it is up to me to track this dress down. Who knows if it will ever show up???? Not the service I expected from Chico's. "Make it the customers problem" must be their motto! "
"My complain is not with the product itself but with it being shipped. I've noticed that the last 3 shipments I ordered were delayed several times. Is the problem with the mode of shipment? First I get a notice that the item is shipped and I'll received it on a certain date. Then nothing happens. No more messages sent out. The last time I ordered an item I was promised it on a certain date and then nothing. Two weeks later I asked for tracking and then received a message that the transportation people were waiting for the product. Now they say it's in Atlanta. I know that Covid has delayed things, but I'm receiving from all my other vendors fairly quickly and with no delays?"
