The lady I talked with was wonderful and I got everything I ordered. I also shopped in my local Chico’s when they opened and bought $190 worth of pants. As always they were wonderful. They know what I like and suggested everything I bought. I have had compliments on both outfits."

"I was so very very disappointed. my order came in sad packages all smashed together. No way they could be tried on without pressing. The quality was so poor. I've been shopping with Chico for many years and have never been this disappointed. It will be a long time before I try on line shopping again.
Maybe would try a store except the closest one to me is 2 hours away.
