Mary Nowaska has been trying to help and she has helped in the past. I get emails saying 40% of today.....I order but then I only get 25% off!!! This has happened twice, I spoke with an Agent she advised to go ahead with the order while she was on the phone, when I finished with my two picks the order came up with five items one of the which I had already bought paid for and had it delivered a few weeks before. "I used to be Avery loyal Chico’s shopper, and spent a great deal in the boutiques. A yea or so ago I noticed a big change in quality of fabrics, and designs. The boutiques went from being full of styles I could wear professionally, or for casual occasions. I noticed a lot of similarity in design details that I saw in brands like Lafayette 148, Eileen Fisher, and other designer brands. In my opinion, the boutiques look like a bad JC Penney clearance rack. I don’t know exactly who your new targeted customer is, but I would guess the elderly?

"For some reason would not accept my credit card, so my husband placed the order using HIS card. Even had trouble with that! Customer Service was very helpful and got the order placed. I had thought shipping was free if you were a Passport member. That didn't happen. I was charged for shipping. I don't think I will order online again unless I call ahead and find out why credit cards were a problem. NEVER had problem anywhere before! I LOVE Chicos and due to COVID I prefer to order online. The blouse I ordered is beautiful and I am very happy with it.
