"I received a catalog which peaked my interest. I was looking for a black crop pants so I navigated over to the Chico website to check reviews, etc on line. 2 pants caught my interest! Having put on a "little" weight due to CV 19, I I was concerned about my size. I used the size chart using my personal numbers and was surprised that I was given 2 sizes for the 2 different styles. However, when they arrived they both fit me perfectly (thank you size chart)! Given that it is summer, I choose the lighter weight pant. I used PayPal for the purchase and when I returned one to my local store, my account was immediately credited. Great pant, great service, quick shipping - happy customer."

"I desperately try not to go into a Chico's store. I feel intimidated. I like to shop by myself for myself. I like to use the fitting rooms to try clothing on and determine for myself how they look. Also, I do not like Chico's sizing or most of the styles.
I like the jewelry and accessories and sometimes a shirt or jacket. Recently I tried a dress that I am sending back because it does'nt look that good, has no pockets and is ghastly over-priced even on sale."
