"Honestly I have had 2 pair of Chico’s 5 pocket black knit jeans. They’ve served me well for quite a few years. The zipper finally broke in one so I tried right away to get another on your site. Fabric is a wee bit different but they are great and very similar to my favorites. AND $39.99 (originally 89.50)! Perfect fit - love them!!

"My three item order for my wife's Christmas stayed in "shipped" status for over 10 days. Your tracking showed it in Atlanta all that time and not moving. As Christmas approached I began to worry and filed an inquiry. I received no response. I was preparing to move when my package arrived before Christmas so all is well that ends well. "

"When I received my jacket order upon opening the package, the smell was horrific! Letting it air out filled the room with the same smell. I immediately sent it for return as instructed, but have not had any communication from Chico’s after reaching out by email and waiting for a response. In the meantime their phone recording told me to wait at least a month, but it has been almost 6 weeks, and I have not heard from them nor have I received my refund! This is the first time I have had this problem. Very disappointed and still waiting!"
"Being forced to remain at home for almost a year now can be a very depressing experience. I do a lot of online shopping and Chicos is one of my favorite stores because the clothes are always chic, timely and interesting. I have very specific tastes and I often find exactly what suits me at Chicos. During this past year I have ordered clothes or jewelry multiple times and I have only returned one item, not because I didn't like it, but rather because it didn't fit."
"Ordered Christmas gift on 12/10 and received it 12/28. I understand USPS was very slow this holiday season but tracking was not updated until 12/28. I called customer service and spent 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone. Emailed the company and never received a response. Physically went to the store on 12/23 and found the mall store had limited hours and was closed at 6PM. Of course this information was not posted on the website, mall website, or given to me by the customer service representative. The times for the store did not accommodate someone like me who works full time. After a second trip to the mall, I had a gift under the tree. I do not plan to return to Chico's."
