"I live in the middle of nowhere. So, when I’m in Charleston, SC visiting family I always go to Chico’s to shop. My husband keeps me in gift cards for most holidays and birthdays! Last visit I bought a great pair of zenergy slacks in navy. They were wonderful so I thought I’d would order another pair in black. But we were ready to travel and mailing to my house was iffy, so I had them sent to the Charleston Place store. Pants arrived, I got emails saying they would hold them until I picked them up and when I walked in the store and gave my name they said, “ sure we’ve been waiting to see you!” In and out, doubled parked and had my new slacks. I told them I would return later when I had more time and I did. Thanks Chico’s, for taking care of me!"

"Chico's shopping on line has been a lifeline during the pandemic. I check my email every morning to see what's new and also what the deal of the day is. Living in Hawaii I never have the opportunity to see deal number 1 which ends at 6am Pacific time so maybe Chico's could find a way to accommodate those living in the Islands.
All my experiences with Chico's have been great from shopping, exchanges and returns. I miss having a Chico's on Maui. If you opened a store in the outlets in Lahaina you'd have a captive audience.

"I have been wearing Chico’s for years and have never ventured away from it. It is true to size and unfortunately I have changed sizes over the years. I have kept a lot of those sizes and am glad I did because now I am getting back into them. This is where I enjoy Chico’s so much.
