"One order was delivered with wrong size and color. Was sent back and then not available any more. Another was not delivered, was credited and then reordered with lots of confusion because I had paid for it with PayPal, so had to reorder with a credit card because I didn't want to have to take the time and effort to go back in to your site to reorder with Pay Pal. The whole reason to use Pay Pal is to not use my credit card on line. The order personal did upgrade the delivery since it has been three weeks coming, that is why I gave you 2 stars rather then 1.

"I love Chicos. They have great item selection, lots of variety, and sweet accessories. Once you get your size figured out you can easily shop in store or on-line with confidence. Store personnel are always ready to assist you without being intrusive. The on-line how to wear photos are really helpful and can be used when pairing with items you already own. I have some items from the travelers collection that I have been wearing for years. Chico's has many items that pack and travel well. For me, Chico's items take the stress out of planning what to pack without over packing.
There are multitudes of accessories to choose from.
Orders are processed rapidly and accurately.
In 25 years I have never had an issue with a shipment.
