I had my eye on the jacket for a long time and couldn’t justify buying another jacket, but I couldn’t resist the sale and was able to replace 2 jackets that were out of style. So win, win for me. The fabric is slightly stretchy, which I like as it moves with you. The skirt was what I was looking for in a long skirt. The combination looks great. "

"Product has gone down in quality - ordered 1 jean, 1 slack and 1 jogging in my normal size 2 and they are more like a 3. They were so big I would have had to belt them above my waist. I exchanged hem for a size 1.5 assuming they would fit as that is equivalent of a Sz 10. I washed them prior to trying them on. Tell are more like a 2 - still too big.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem with Chicos and J Jill."
"Chicos has always been a wonderful shopping experience. Although I had returns, they weren’t pushy, didn’t take their time and expeditiously completed my return. I felt guilty given our economic time and how the return might affect them but this service is why i will continue shopping Chico’s. "

"Probably a symptom of Covid-19 resulting in changes in employee compensation, the sales staff is not as friendly or helpful as they used to be. Sadly, that spills over into reduced buyer satisfaction. I have done most of my recent Chico shopping online. When something doesn't work because I wasn't able to try it on before buying, I have opted to return the purchases in-store. The sales staff seems less than excited to see me coming with my return bag in tow. It is not my imagination because I have shopped in Chico stores for many years and in this"Covid-19" year the attitude has definitely changed. My observation... and also my disappointment with the decline in the service I have come to expect from Chico staff. Except for the recent change in service I would have given Chico's 5 stars."
