The 'unique' apparel' they offer always keeps me interested, but foremost, their sales person 'Leona' in Monroeville, PA is the reason I'm still shopping there. They closed their Mt Lebanon, PA store (where Leona was) and replaced it with a store in South Hills Village. I went there twice. The first time, I was 'shocked' by the cut down in size, but moreover, the people working there were profoundly 'unpersonable'. The second time, I didn't stay for 5-10 minutes, as the saleswoman was rude and most unhelpful. Nobody appeared happy to be there. I was so used to Leona, I called her at the Monroeville store after about a year of not shopping a Chico's, and once again, began shopping there.
Leona 'lights up' the energy in any store she's in and provides comfortable marketing and such a bright demeanor 'any' time you talk with her. Check this out for yourself!"
