"I see others commenting on the bad customer service but I had a different experience. I purchased a chunky knit sweater that I LOVE (the color, the style, everything) but when I got it home, it was a tad too big. But I had removed the tags already and my return was well out of the return window. I emailed customer service anyway and they went above and beyond to help me exchange it for a smaller size. Any company can sell you something, but it’s the companies that truly want to make it right that I appreciate the most. "

Absolutely terrible company and I will never use them again. I ordered two items last November and they got lost in the post. Chicwish agreed to send again in January and I confirmed my address. But once again it did not deliver. The address was incomplete. I asked them to resend as the items were for a gift but they would not, saying one of the items was no longer in stock. I asked them to resend the parcel that was being sent back to them but they wouldnt. I asked for compensation. Instead of any explanation that satisfied me I got a refund LESS than I had paid three months ago because of the exchange rate I assume. Also they took any points I had accumulated taken off me. Absolute disgrace and I do not recommend anyone to buy from Chicwish no matter how lovely the clothes look online"
"My worst online shopping experience so far. Quality was terrible so I wanted to return it - shouldn't be a problem nowadays, right? Oh boy, was I wrong! The return instructions were ridiculous and to cut it short I just had to pay 51 Euros for the return!!!! Because of some bulls**t requirements like not allowing the items to be put in a carton and therefore making it a bulky good for the German post office. Customer service was the worst and just ignored my questions. NEVER EVER EVER again!!!! Do not shop there - cheap quality shipped from China."
"My mother and I bought things for my birthday back in December and today is January 17th and it is just now being fulfilled to ship out?
I am extremely disappointed with their lack of communication, honest shipping tracking and timelines. There are no real ways to communicate with customer service representatives and you are left in the dark trying to understand where your purchase went. In a modern ecommerce world, this is unacceptable and I am really upset that it is taken this long--- We are on the east coast and it should not take over a month for something to be fulfilled and send two states over.
I have tried to contact them three different ways, both in a patient manner but I am really starting to get irked by no response to my needs. Poor customer service and poor communication. It really makes me wonder if they are legit or they fool you into believing its a California company when its being REALLY shipped from China or who knows where!

I ordered a coat and a dress in one…
I ordered a coat and a dress in one order and only the dress reached me! They sent an email to say they have sent both items. I have been trying to contact them via email but no response! I paid £70 for the coat which is expensive but so far service has been low quality. Send me the coat or refund me chicwish! I buy from asos and shein and other online companies and this is the first time having a horrible experience. Please look into my order chicwish or i will have to take legal actions. "Ordered 2 shirts online and when I received them, they looked nothing like the pictures and were so small there's no way a grown woman could fit into them. I jumped through all of their hoops to return the shirts (Quite the process!) and now it's been weeks and I have had no response or returned money. I emailed and haven't had a response. "They ship you clothes that are not the same as pictured. I ordered 4 items and they only shipped 2 damaged items. Also, they will refuse to refund you for whatever reason. They will tell you that they will process the refund, but they are not doing anything. The good reviews that you see here are created by their own multiple fake accounts. This review is a real review from a real customer."
"They sent me an item significantly different from what was pictured. I had paid for expedited shipping, which they ignored and sent at their convenience days later. It was NOT shipped promptly. I had asked customer service about the item before ordering and was assured it was a long TUNIC, as pictured. What they sent me was a cropped top with different sleeves and coloration. They did not resond to my return request and request for a label. I shipped the item back to the seller the next day, with all tags and paperwork attached, and in the same package, at my own expense. I sent it to the address for returns that they list on their site. I then filed a Paypal claim to get my refund. Today the seller contacted me directly which is not allowed, and told me I could NOT have a refund, and to drop my Paypal claim! Seriously??? This is exactly why I filed one. I did NOT respond, of course. have tracked the return, and they will have it today. Hoping to get my refund from Paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The items sent often do not look at all like those pictured and their customer service is non-existent!"

I was quite disappointed originally but now, I am quite pleased with their customer service team. They allowed me to return the items, refunding me for both the shipping fees and items themselves.

"I was a bit iffy about buying from Chicwish because of the reviews on it and the inconsistency of reviews (about five 5-star reviews, a 4-star review, then three 1-star reviews) and I didn't want to lose my money on something low-quality. I had been looking at Chicwish for about a year and I still hadn't found any other site with such beautiful skirts, so I gave in. I ordered the Hot Air Balloon Festival Print skirt (for myself) and the Watermelon skirt (for my mother). Just in case, I got my mom a size bigger because of the reviews saying they were a bit small, but I got myself my normal size so I could have a motivation to lose weight if it didn't fit. I ordered (great prices), and they arrived a little less than 12 days later. My Hot Air Balloon skirt fits perfectly! I am definitely going to order again from Chicwish. I am going to give my mom the Watermelon skirt on Mother's Day, and I know that Chicwish is going to be on a lot of my skirts in a few more years. Both skirts are perfectly amazing!"
