"I placed my order on November 24, the order didn't finish processing (although my payment went through) for nearly 4 weeks. The Free Shipping option offers no package tracking, and it took another 3 weeks to get the package (it arrived in early January). The products were wildly different measurements, despite being the same sizes. Although the products look great online, this is one of those cheap resellers that offer inconsistent products and a terrible customer experience."
"I've purchased from Chicwish twice already, and I'm looking forward to many more in the future. Their products are of great quality and it's nice to find styles that are accommodating to my size. No issues so far when it comes to the shipment of the skirts to my house, and they come in a timely manner. I like how they send confirmation and additional info emails which helps me feel more secure with my purchases. I always get compliments with the products I've purchased from Chicwish, which is awesome. I like the idea of collecting points, cause loyal customers should have some perks! "

"So my first experience with chicwish went well, but my second not so much. As many other reviewers have noted my item was out of stock, I was never notified of this. The website did not reflect this. After I contacted them I was told items are restocked in 2-3 business days. It was not. I was then offered a small or large. I ordered a medium. Im like no. I want what I ordered. During this time I checked the status of the item on the website and there it was, still being offered as in stock in all sizes. I ordered this for holiday family portraits (which I had to reschedule, because I had a vision yo' and it involved this item), and for my birthday dinner. The service rep I dealt with was unapologetic and only offered me (at my request) $5 off my next order. I asked for my money back. Which I was informed will be returned in 1-2 business days. We shall see. Im going to report them to Consumer Affairs. I think its pretty greazy that they take peoples money without having the product and further more without notifying them even after the fact. Its poor business practice and they need to address it. I wouldn't have ordered the item had I known it was on back order with no foreseeable date for restock. I would have gone elsewhere, and not had to cancel and reschedule our family portraits. "

"I purchased 3 items. They arrived after a few weeks. Two of the items looked nice and fit well. The third was not as pictured (the sweater was supposed to be ivory but instead looks yellowy in colour- not nice). I tried to return the sweater for a refund but it costs $94 to ship by boat from Toronto, Canada to China! Be aware that if you have to return it's pretty much not worth it (the sweater was about $50). Too bad as I would have liked to continue purchasing from this site."
"I ordered a coat 2 weeks ago. I have been waiting for an email saying that is has shipped, but never got anything. I decided to email the company and ask what was going on. They told me it is being re-stocked and that it will process in 2-4 business days. I was never told that it was out of stock, and in fact, it was in stock when I ordered, and the website currently has the coat listed as in stock. I emailed back and asked to get my money back since the coat was needed for a specific day and now will not be here in time. They are not acknowledging my request. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company. I would look elsewhere - this company does not operate with good ethics. "

It's been already 1 month and outside is negative already and it's freezing and I just received the cardigan because "it took time to knit" but what about the top????? The top doesn't have to be knitted. Should have been orderd asos stuff and I would receive something way prettier and waaaaaay faster. I am not even shure this brand exist because they don't even have an adress or at least a phone number. They specified that they reply within 24 hours but in fact I wait for thei answer 3 days or more. Stay away from them !!!!!!!!"
"Waited over 2 weeks for my order after they took my money. They didn't let me know if it has shipped or not or where my order was until I had to email them. I found out they havent even shipped my purchase yet because it was out of stock. They didnt let me know it was out of stock or that it would take extra time until I had to seek it out myself, AFTER my money was taken.
