"I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. The shipping of the order was delayed because my email was entered incorrectly. I was watching the shipment because it was so close to Christmas. When I contacted them they corrected the address and said it would be shipped. Again it was delayed. This time when I contacted them they said it was because they didn't have a phone number for me. I was livid. I had just talked to them about the email several daybefore. This was for Christmas and it was still not shipped. They upgraded the shipping for free and it arrived the Friday before Christmas. Thank goodness everything fit. The quality of the clothes is excellent. Customer service is not good at all.
I was contacted by customer service and presented with an apology and gift card for the delay once my dissatisfaction was passed on to the right person. This made up for the nerves and headache from Christmas. The quality of the items is excellent. The fact that they acknowledged and apologized means we will use them again.
