"I ordered skirt 2 weeks ago. Couple days ago it was only shipped even though i paid for 8-12 days shipping, tracking says it is still in china but customer service told me it was shipped by express shipping. Never ever again deal with china!!"
"I placed an order and I recieved my items, but I returned two out of three items since they didn't fit me, I mean, what do I do with clothes that neither fit me or flatter my body shape? Return of course! My ISSUE with my return came to the refund and the return cost.
The total value of the items I wanted to return and was to be refunded was $79,92 but returning them cost me $47,39 alone.
I've almost never been charged return costs since most companies won't charge it as a part of good costumer service but even a smaller return cost wouldn't bother me but seeing as MORE THAN HALF of my refund money will go to cover the return costs I feel scammed.
Isn't there a better way to handle returns?
I'm sad to say I won't order from Chicwish again due to this.

"This company has worked out great for me. I ordered a dress from them because the one I ordered from Morpheus Boutique was a bait and switch cheap knock-off of the one I wanted from them. The one from Chicwish was exactly as it was in the ad, a great price, came early, and I had good customer service. I am very pleased with them, and I have ordered from them again. "so, in deember 1st i ordered a coat to use for a new year's party i had. The tracking said that the package left hong know december 9th. it was already december 28 and my coat was nowhere to be found, the tracking gave no news about it. i send an email to chickwish and they give me a lot of reasons why the coat hadn't arrived. i wait another week and told them there still was no news about my order. they told me to call my local post office, i did, they told me there was no package, i email chickwish again with this info and they told me i need to call my local post office again, i told them i already have and they didn't know anything about that order, days later they answer me that in fact the package was lost (as i told them 2 weeks before) and the coat was out of stock so they couldn't send me a new one.
this is the first time something like this happened, i insisted the package was lost, and instead of checking the order, they gave me tons of excuses until last minute and the coat was out of stock and that in 3 days they would make me a refund.
my only warning here it's that if you are gonna order from here, just know that if the package gets lost, or the tracking seems to not work, they won't do nothing until a month later. "
"In August 2013, I ordered a necklace from ChicWish. Got some confirmation/update emails for the next two weeks, and I received it within more or less 15 business days. It was neatly packed and came with a thank you card; however the necklace was not as I imagined; it was way bigger than it looked on the picture, and too heavy for me (I don't like a brick around my neck). Seeing it was so cheap I didn't bother shipping it back to China, will just resell it elsewhere. Service is good and reliable though, no complaints there."
