"I had the worst experience ever with this site. Ordered Christmas gifts on December 6th. They charged my card right away and took my money. Promised to deliver before Christmas. After several customer service calls and continued promises made that my order would be delivered, it never was and they refused to cancel the order. Finally on December 22rd, when they still could not give me a delivery date, and after some mild threats of reporting them, they agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund to my credit card. I called today (the 24th) as I did not see any refund issued, and was told there was a "glitch" in their system. The Manager came on the line and said the refund has been issued. Still haven't seen it. Do NOT trust this site. They make promises they cannot keep!!!"
