"I ordered tablets on 11/29/2015. I inquired 3 times and all 3 times they sent me an automated email with a link to order status with next sentence stating the request has been resolved. The 2nd request they sent me a link to indicate a UPS shipping label was created on 12/15. Choxi may have created a label but UPS never received the product to ship. Today 12/23/15 I inquired again and received an automated email message stating UPS received the product and there is an expected delivery date 12/31/15. This is Not acceptable service and false advertising when they promised delivery in 14 days or less."
"This company needs to stay caring about its customers. If you have problems with your order, don't expect a timely response from their customer service. Once you get them, you also can't expect them to actually help you. In fact, they say it's too late for them to help you.. And it's their fault it's too late help.. But they won't acknowledge it. They just continuously point you to a FAQ page or... Just about anything except actually try to do anything to help."

"Worst customer service! I purchased this item as a gift for Christmas. I received the item with a missing piece. I reached out to choxi right away to request the missing piece. After two weeks of back and forth with the customer service I'm told that the missing piece can not be sent. Considering part of the functionality of the item doesn't work without the missing piece and its three days before Christmas I felt a partial refund was the best option. I was offered $5 credit on a $99 item! I have been a loyal customer for almost two years even before this site was choxi. This is the first issue I have had with an item. I will never purchase from choxi again and will inform my friends and family of my experience as well. To gain new customer is much more costly than to keep the ones that you already have and word of mouth is worth more than marketing gold. This is not the only discount goods site around. I can only hope that choxi figures this out or it will cease to exist, because their competitors will end up with their loyal customers. "
"Horrible! Don't waste your $$ and time, the customer service is horrid! I've been a customer since NMR, I've never had a single complaint. But I've ordered 4 times since its been Choxi and I have nothing but complaints! They never shipped my order but sure enough charged me for it as soon as I placed it. I called customer service and they couldn't give me any info about anything. Not my order status, if the item shipped. When it will ship. NOTHING! I just want a refund, but they only have foreigners on the phone reading from a script that says mam please wait for shipping info. It will arrive by Christmas. Haha it won't I haven't even got shipping info or a refund or even a resolution to this very day. . Run, run far from this site, it's too good to be true.
