"Have gotten quite a few good deals from choxi.com; however, some of the items come weeks after the purchase was made. Some will show up a few days after purchase; I haven't discovered a true pattern yet. I think choxi probably sells excess merchandise for unnamed sellers (ergo the great prices), but since we never know who the seller is, we can't complain about them individually. Have to accept risks. It's also rare that you get a receipt with the item. Bought one item that came with no instructions on how to use it or even how to get the %* thing open to insert batteries, so it's a worthless purchase. No response yet from choxi after I complained about this."
"I ordered items 9 weeks ago, half of which never arrived. After 5 weeks I emailed the company and was told the items could not be fulfilled. I was given a store credit and ordered new items. 4 weeks later the reordered items had still not been delivered. I again emailed the company and was told the items could not be fulfilled. I asked for a refund, which they did grant though I haven't seen the refund on my debit card yet
9 weeks later I am still without bedding and handbags. I would not recommend this site to anyone. The prices are very low but ultimately meaningless since the items cannot be delivered. Choxis company line seems to be that they don't actually fulfill the items, they only act as an intermediary, and are therefore not responsible for the unfullfiled orders. At least the customer service reps I emailed with were polite and helpful. Next time I will spend the extra money in a store and have items when I need them. I am now waiting for the actual refund of what I paid, which means it will be 10 weeks from the time I originally attempted to make a,purchase and actually being able to go to a store and purchase the things I need. That is ridiculous. The service and shipping for jewellery was fine but all other items failed miserably. "

"Order for three items was placed 4-11-2106. Got the can opener in a week, that was good. Really needed the other two items, one for a couple trips I was taking that are now over. I have already e-mailed customer service once and was told to give it a few more weeks, which I did. But what I would really like is an ETA, (estimated time of arrival.) Will the other two items ever arrive? It has now been a little over 6 weeks. Thank-you!"
