"I ordered two items. The binoculars arrived readily and in good condition; they are good for the price I paid. The blood pressure monitor, however, still has not come. I contacted Choxi customer service this weekend to report the problem. They cancelled the order for the blood pressure monitor and credited the purchase price to my account, suggesting that I order a blood pressure monitor made by a different manufacturer. The only problem is, the only bp monitors I can find on the site are made by that same company!!! So now I have to find another product and there is nothing else I need right now. I would much rather have been issued a refund of my money!

"Choxi is advertising products that ARE NOT AVAILABLE! They will take your money in full, not contact you at all for a month or more, & will finally potentially refund your money if you call them on the scam! See my email below. Their response after several inquiries was assuring me the product would ship soon! I did not stop and demanded a precise shipping date. They then replied by stating the manufacturer fell short and product was unavailable! They have done this 2 times in back to back orders! They are taking people's money and engaging in false advertising of products which are simply non existent! BEWARE!!!
Email to Choxi (1 of 7): Our order via order #24219349 still hasn't been received. I will be furious if these were items were advertised and then not in stock. This has happened to us before at Choxi & it is simply not acceptable!
