"We had ordered over $1,000 worth of Christmas lights several years ago. The first season all went well. However the second season we had four strings of LED icicle lights which quit working. I contacted the company for a warranty return. They asked that I take a picture of the lights plugged in and not working and submit those for a warranty replacement. I did this and did not hear back from them for a week so I contacted them again. They said they never got my pictures. This may have been the case but I sent the pictures again and then receive no notification for over another week that they had been received. However then I did receive a notice that a shipment was on its way. It took approximately three and a half weeks to get the return lights which it was great to get them but I thought the effort to get them much more than was necessary. I will order from them again as their products are good and they do to stand behind them but unfortunately not very quickly!"

"My experience with LED holiday lights have been with small indoor Christmas tree lights. Love the deep colors, cool to the touch bulb, energy savings. Now I have expanded to outdoor with C9 and C6 lights from Christmas Lights Etc. On time delivery per order (less than one week). After Christmas sale is a good savings. Individual Opticore C9 bulbs are nice deep rich color like my experience and expectations with indoor lighting. I am using my old wire string so that I don't have to realign my eave mounting brackets (one per bulb/socket). Sure overall cost is more, but lighting experience should be great at the end of 2021."
