"Lights were just what I wanted"

"I had to restring 2 deer and a sleigh for my front yard. My order arrived quickly, was of high quality, and was accurate. I also bought the clips to attach the lights. They were a little pricey, but worth every cent!!! They made the task go so much quicker and really secured the lights to the frame. I bought white lights with white wire and they worked fine everywhere but on the antlers. I took out my acrylic paint and painted over the wires, it is amazing; the paint stuck well and now the wires are completely invisible! I couldn't be happier!"

"I was very happy to find cool LED twinkle lights and purchased 2 strands of 50 bulbs. When I received them, they did not have a wall plug so I went to the site and clicked on Chat. I learned that they were commercial lights that needed an adapter and this item was out of stock. When I asked the customer service person how much the adapter cost, I had to ask twice. The second time I asked there was no response. After 8 minutes of nothing, I submitted to return the lights. After finally getting to that page and entering the information, I received the message that I could not return them that way and that customer service would contact me in a couple days. Well, that was over a week ago and nothing.
Today I went back online and the adapter was in stock but I will not get it until the 24th (Unless I pay $$$ for UPS Next or @nd Day). I placed the order anyway because it is easier than sending the lights back.
I will own up that I missed the bit about the adapter, but the rest of my experience with the above was not very satisfactory."

"The picture of the product showed that the wire entry was thru the side and out the other side. The lights that were delivered had the wire entry and exit from the bottom making the mounting of the lights in a straight line awkward and uneven. OTHERWISE, they looked very nice after they were installed. No where did the box say "If one light goes out all the rest will stay lit." (Will they?) "

"So I decided to stop using my c7 strands of lights ten years ago because of the high energy use. I've been struggling for years with LED light strands from Sam's, Home Depot, Lowes etc.... (yes they don't use much energy but they are constantly going out and half the strand is out etc....throw them away, start over, ugg) So I started researching LED c7 lights that you screw in once Christmas was over this year. I was finding some but they were not getting high reviews as people saying the light output wasn't like the old regular incandescent bulbs. Then I came across Christmas Lights Etc... I immediately got the impression that this is what the professionals (pros) use on those big beautiful homes you see. The opticore LED c7 bulbs had amazing reviews. (Yes these bulbs are more expensive than some other ones I found at other vendor websites) However, I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. I'm amazed at the color and brightness of these bulbs! I've replaced all 250 bulbs in my old strands and they all work great! I can't wait for next Christmas. You won't be disappointed!"
