"I ordered 7 strands of lights for my Christmas tree next year. 5 of the seven did not work when plugged in. Had to submit a photo of the 5 plugged in to customer service and they then gave me the option to replace them or get a refund. I agreed to the replacement after being assured I had a year to return them if by next Christmas season they again did not light. They arrived quickly and all worked. Thanks for good customer service, but concerned about the quality of the lights."
