"My company deals with sensitive defense information. The "Owner" Mr. Wong has been in possession of our server for over two years. He stated he "lost" two of our SSD's containing controlled unclassified information and export controlled information that is "proprietary" and Department of Defense regulated. He was extremely rude and went as far as cursing at me because I was concerned about the lost drives. He stated he would place $100.00 in cash in the system upon shipping to us which is very unusual and concerning to say the least. If you have a system that needs to be repaired, look elsewhere as the owner of this company is very rude and incompetent. We have yet to receive our system back."
"I had a great experience ordering from Circo Tech. I actually ordered the wrong power supply for the CPU case I ordered. I received a call from Circo(Ken) a few hours later to inform me that the power supply would not fit in the case I ordered. Ken really helped me get setup with what I needed and saved me a lot of problems down the line. Circo really went the extra mile for me and saved me a lot of time & money. "I placed an order for an item they showed to be in stock. After a week I called to find out why I still had not received the order. I was told that it was no longer available. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was told they do not send out emails--what a laugh since they are a yahoo storefront. Within 30 seconds of telling them to cancel my entire order they had canceled online. So what did I learn? Their customer service sucks! I will stick with Newegg from now on. "Purchased a Logisys illuminated keyboard that did not "illuminate." Called Ken at CIRCO and he said that he would replace ONLY if we paid for return shipping. We told him we should NOT have to pay for return shipping when we received a defective product and he refused to give in. We said that we want a full refund, and he said fine, ONLY if we return the dead unit AND pay for shipping. When we told him this was an unfair policy, he said we should not tell him how to run his business. He has no idea what customer service means and sells defective products with no concern. DO NOT BUY from this online scammer. CIRCO is a rip-off."
"On february 16th of this year, I purchased an I-Star TC-1U40 power supply from Circotech.com (aka. Eramax Corporation). When the unit arrived, I noticed the unit was wired incorrectly. I immediately contacted both the manufacturer I-Star, and the dealer Circo Technologies Corporation. First they told me that it was impossible. I therefore took pictures of the wiring, and forwarded them, to each party, along with a very detailed description of the wiring, pin by pin comparison, to what it was supposed to be. It was most definitely not standard wiring. The first to answer was I-Star, and they insisted that they did not do it, it had to be done by Circotech.com. Then I got a phone call from Ken Wong at Circotech.com/eramax, and he told me to contact I-Star, that it was not their fault, and they were not going to deal with it. At this time, neither I-Star nor Circotech.com/eramax, will stand behind the product I purchased. I am sorry, but when you sell something, you truly are responsible, for that item not being correct. Likewise, it did come in a sealed box, and still has an intact factory seal on it. It also appears to have been very professionally done, which leads me to believe, that it indeed was a factory error. My problem lies, in that neither, will remotely stand behind the item, even though one made it...and the other sold it. Both point to each other accusingly, and have left me holding the bag. It never was right, but I opened the box...like I could find out it was not right...without doing so. This does indeed violate consumer protection laws, and to a degree, both should offer corrective action. At this juncture however, neither one will honor the sale and take any action at all, other than to point fingers at each other, and at me. They have totally left me on my own.
Ken Hong at Circotech/Eramax Corporation, is arrogance personified. From the first, the discussions always began, with me being wrong, and we were to proceed from there. Do not deal with this guy, or purchase items from these guys. They will not stand behind what they sell."
"I've ordered from Circotech three times now. I usually deal with Ken @ x318. Very friendly and helpful. When I first called them I was looking for a 4U rack mount server chassis to use for my file server. I knew I wanted an Areca controller and their page said they had SFF cables to make wiring easier. I wasn't sure though which cables I needed for my controller. Ken actually got off the phone with me and called Areca to find out what I need to be sure I have the right stuff then called me back.
I was also unsure about what power supply to go with. I was going to get a 1.2kw desktop unit but he suggested I try their dual redundant 400 instead since alot of their customers use it with no problem in that chassis and it was half as much costwise. He said if I didn't like it or it did work, I could return it no hassles. It actually works perfect, no power problems at all with the Areca's staggered spinup so he saved me about $300 there!
Every time I talk to them they are polite and very helpful. Not sure how to explain the negative reviews here, either some people have too high of standards or maybe they got someone having a bad day.. they are human after all.
But anyway, I HIGHLY recommend them and I always tell my friends who look for stuff to call them. Way above and beyond the call of duty with customer service and decent prices (honestly I guess I can't comment too much on pricing, I didn't really shop around. Once I saw how helpful they were I decided to buy from them on that principle alone hehe)."

"I made a purchase over the internet. Realizing it was a female cable(from a VERY poor picture) and I needed a male, I called to cancel. Someone answered and said he canceled the order. I get the $3 part in the mail anyhow. $7 for shipping.
I call to see if anything can be done and the very same person answered. He said he'd refund the money if I sent the part back.
Do the math: $7 shipping for a $3 part to be refunded?

"I had a hard time finding the case I wanted (Cooler Master PAC-T01-EK PRAETORIAN) because it was discontinued. I ended up calling all of the online vendors with this case on their site and found that circotech.com had 1 left. I ordered it on the phone right away. They shipped it the same day and I received it 2 days later.
It was an overall good experience. Their telephone reps answered quickly and were helpful. The product was in good shape. My only complaint is that I didn't receive a confirmation email for my phone order, but their phone reps were able to quickly confirm billing and processing of the order when I called in. They also sent me a shipping notification email when it shipped that same day."

I have had a great experience with Circotech. First of all, email correspondance was speedy and friendly. The time it too to customize my product, and ship it to my house was very nice, I did not have to wait an extensive period of time. Their time promises were delievered to the fullest.
Shipping was done was great care, the outer appearence showed that the case was not at all damamged during shipping. The inside product seemed the highest quality. Nothing was scratched, dented, etc. The product MODs were nicely done as well.
