Exceptional customer service
"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"The site is laggy, it likes to reload while your in the purchase process. Nothing on here to buy because there too few products. I wont be buying from here again. And i hate that because I spend 2000 to 4o00 a month on mustang products for my mustang projects and you have no parts for Mustang II's and so I cant use you for my 1978 mustang king cobra project."
