Half order canceled

"I ordered 10 round tables and a cart. The cart showed up the tables did not. Everything I received said the order was ready and shipped. But then I noticed a small word next to the tables on the invoice that said "canceled." It took a number of e-mails to figure out what happened. No one answered my questions or even said a quick "Sorry". I should have read these reviews first. I would go with another company. These folks don't seem to care whether they serve well or not."

can’t be trusted!

"I ordered 50 chairs they claim was in stock. A week later they are still not in transit. I called and threaten to cancel. They next day, Thursday, I get an email stating they have shipped. The money has been collected from the credit card. Friday at 1:30 I get another email with a transit number and saying I should receive shipment in a few days. At 4:50, 10 minutes before they close for the weekend, I get another email stating they are on back order for 3 weeks! Meanwhile they have full payment. Their phone system options do not work. Be careful who you purchase from, they operate under different names!"

Horrible!!!!

"I saw some chairs i liked and saved them in my cart next thing you know i get a bill of $8,000+ And i never ordered anything i just saved it in my cart! They do not reapond to any of my calls or email!"

"We ordered the wood cross back chairs and they are gorgeous! Our clients love them for weddings and special events. We did have several arrive with quality control issues or broken, but after speaking with Meghan I am sure this will all be resolved and we all know things like that can happen. We are pleased with the chairs and our experience speaking with Meghan. "

Bad experience but resolution in process

"I ordered hundreds of dollars of table tops, bases and chairs from this company. Only one piece was defective and they not only replaced it with one base but two. However, It took several weeks to get the replacement and I had to call a few times and send several e mails before I got appropriate customer service. I was also promised a refund on the original base which I have not received, but in all fairness, it has only been five days since this was offered. Will I order from them again? No, I will not. The main reason why I won't is because the manager or perhaps it was the owner hung up on me. This surprised me because I was only trying to explain the issue to him but then he abruptly asked if I was going to lecture him? No, I was simply fed up with being ignored and having this issue drag on far too long so as a very tired and frustrated customer, I believe I had every right to explain my issue. I am still a bit shocked regarding his abrupt accusation of a "lecture"; and moreover, being hung up on. However, sitting aside his behavior, I have since spoke with Megan who handled herself with professionalism and friendliness which was quite refreshing. I have a strong feeling she will pull through and issue my refund. However, I was asked if I would take down my original posting because they were sending me two replacements and a refund? I told them I would wait until I received the refund and bases but I actually did take down the original posting but created this one instead. I did this so I could keep everyone posted on the progression. It has been nice to receive the bases but I am left with the feeling that the only reason why they committed to the replacements and the refund is because I posted the prior story which of course was quite negative. In summary, it does leave me feeling like the only reason why they offered me the refund and replacements was to protect their companies reputation. I wish I could feel they did it simply to provide good customer service but I don't."

"We ordered church chairs from this company and we are very pleased with the quality and price. Their customer service was fantastic and they went above and beyond our expectations. We had a small incident where one chair was damaged during shipment and there was also one chair missing. Both were replaced without difficulty. I highly recommend this company. The website leaves much to be desired, but their phone representatives are great!"
