"When my first order arrived the left lense was very loose. I returned the entire package glasses, case, cloth and green box it came in. When I received my new pair I didn't receive a case, only the black bag and the green clearly box. When I called they said the big green box is the carrying case and they no longer offer a carrying case for glasses. Obviously that big green box is not a case for glasses. I explained that I did the right thing by returning everything to them and I would appreciate if I could get the proper package sent to me. The representative casually mentioned that it would cost them too much to send out a case to me separately which is obviously the real reason they didn't want to send it to me after they realized it wasn't sent. Then they said they will look into if another carrying case could be sent and offered to call me back in 3 days. After a week went by without hearing from them, I called them and still did not get a resolution. They said someone will look into it and call me back...it's been 3 weeks. On my last call with them they offered a credit for future purchses but I will not be spending more money when they didn't want to get my order right. This was not a great experience for me. I have purchased a case somewhere else and that is where I will be going from now on for all my glasses needs."
"The website was easy to navigate and I really enjoyed the "try on" feature. My glasses ended up fitting a bit loosely, but still better than the fit of my pair from Zenni.
I would still prefer an in-person fitting, but this is a great option if you live in a remote community like myself.
