"You were more than comprehensible. Canada Post made a mistake by not giving me the key of the new community postal boxes and I could not get my contact lenses. Most of my mail got returned and Canada Post told me it would take a week to figure out with the situation. I called at your company twice, the first time they offered me to send me a new box. I did refuse hoping Canads Post could react faster. After some discussions with Canda Post I called your company to tell, I had no hope on getting my contact lenses and the lady told me she would send me another order. Thank you very much, I will be reliable to your company and next time I will use FEDEX :-)"

Customer service: The customer service team responds quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the "re-order" option. Looking forward to the new service offering where customers can send in old glasses to get their lens replaced.
Delivery times: I found a few years ago my contacts were delivered within two days of ordering - this delivery time has grown, possibly due to Clearly's expanded business, but is still at par with industry standards.
