"Recently I ordered the wrong contact lenses. I wrote to them explaining my error and they responded promptly explaining their policy. I enjoyed plenty of personal and communication with them as I navigated my next steps. I will be returning my order at no cost to me and have had my account credited to go towards my next order. This situation was entirely my mistake and I was treated as an if and it was theirs. Many thanks to the staff for helping me sort this out! I really appreciate your kindness."
"I get emails when the contacts I order goes on sale so I always order then. I just click on the link, place my order and it shows up in my mailbox after a week! Super easy and have always relied on them for contacts. They even remind me when my supply runs out. Great service!"

"I will never use this company again and warn everyone to avoid dealing with clearly.ca. I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from them and paid an extra $100 in order to have polarized lenses. At no point did either of the customer service people I discussed my order with mention that they would not be authentic Ray-Ban lenses. In the end, the lenses delivered with my glasses are not even polarized and I have paid $100 to have lenses that are sub-standard when compared to the normal lenses that the Ray Ban frames would have come with. I have no way of knowing if these are even authentic frames. When I wrote to clearly, their response was that my frames are out of stock etc... Terrible service. Will always go to a local optician after this. I have learned my lesson."
"First time customer but not impressed :
- a bunch of staff (at least 3-4), not a single say hi to the customer nor serve them. Although, it is not busy time of the day,
- all glasses are mixe up for women, men, or kids.
- when you got finally the staff, they don't help you to find a right one, nor got the design that you chose. They will send you to their online website. Choose it and when you come to back (w weeks later) the glass will be already with the prescription. But if you don't like it, you have to wait another 2 weeks for MAYBE another design. Bottom line is waste of time, money and at the end you CANNOT try it or see the frame before the prescription glasses is on. You will pay the full price but you don't know what you will get or look like.
- the owner is very arrogant does not care about the customer . The customer service, the friendly services and professional services, he does not know how to deal with it. It is the same style for his staff: impolite,
I wear glasses all my life; but, I never ever see that kind of services where I pay full price and don't get a try in the store have to wait 2 weeks but don't know it is good or not on me for a 150$. Plus, it's more expansive and get the same services than the Amazon since it's online and it doesn't say nowhere that I have to buy online. It's a TOTAL misleading to the customers.
Don't waste your time, go somewhere else, you will not save any money. It's the opposite that you will get and more trouble for you.

"I sent in my glasses for new lenses and was supposed to receive them in approximately 12 days. 2 months and multiple excuses later, I still did not have my glasses, but they were supposedly shipped. Odd how they never did show up. They would not refund my money and I had to have Visa reverse the payment after an investigation. The frames I sent in had never been used, and have not been returned to me. In the end I am out about $150 for frames, had to play phone tag for 2 months and had to bring in visa.
I would never deal with this joke of a business again. "
"I have ordered many pair of glasses through the years from Clearly. Unfortunately, I ordered the coating that is supposed to help protect them.
Well, the coating has ruined my glasses. I called the company and asked if they could replace the lenses. I even offered to pay for them,
since the warranty is expired. Unfortunately, they no longer use my type of lens. So, I'm out about 6 pair of glasses. They offered no other
solution. By the way, these are reading glasses, so not used regularly.
Will take my business elsewhere."
"Bought glasses on a BOGO. One pair were too small and to return they wanted money up front for an exchange pair. I asked why not just wait to receive the old ones and then send the exchange afterwards and was told this is not their procedure. Don't trust the no questions asked return policy as there are lots of questions and even more hassle to return."

He was extremely upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. We both felt VALUED by John. Our transaction was seamless from our first contact to delivery. Doug is very pleased, they were perfect. "I've made a few orders from clearly, the first order I got an excellent deal buy one get one free so I got 2 pairs of really nice glasses for a total of $63 dollars and they came days after I ordered. My last order 2 days after placing it the glasses we're here, they have the quickest service 2 days is all I've had to wait when I go in person anywhere else it takes at least 2 weeks and I've waited a month for glasses so I'm very happy I don't have to wait when I order from clearly. Not to mention the prices are way less I just had a pair of lenses made for old frames and paid $130 just for basic lenses, times I've had new glasses with lenses I've paid $450 but at clearly I can spend less than $100 for a complete pair of glasses and if they have a sale even less, and get faster service I really like being able to skip the whole thing of going in to a store and overpay and wait weeks, the glasses I've gotten at clearly have all been great quality. Highly recommend "
