"Went to get sunglasses and it said the lens were included with the frames but I do not have much of a prescription and for some reason I could not get those ones so had to pay $100 for them. Then went to check out and it would I could not find the code for the 10% off as a first time buyer. The site was very difficult to use as it kept forgetting my favorites (did not matter which browser I used) and many of the glasses had no as worn on me view even though many places on the site said make sure and check out the as worn view. It was nice that I got an email telling me I did not finish checking out and do I need a hand and my order will be available for 1 week in my cart but alas when I talked to the person at the help line they gave me the code but my cart was empty again and then my favorites were gone and then I logged in again and all the favorites I had every chose were there. I was happy with the shipping time and the glasses."
