"My first pair of glasses was okay, couldn't look side to side without it being blurry. Not a huge deal except these were blue light glasses and made it difficult to work with my external monitors.
Reached out to support because while they worked and I could see okay, it wasn't ideal. I was told that they could move where my prescription was sitting within the glasses - based on measurements from their doctors on photos that they approved. I was a little uncertain as I didn't want to get another pair and it be a worse issue. I noted this to the customer service person I talked to. They told me the new pair of glasses would be a lot better and wouldn't have this issue. So reluctantly I agreed and shipped back my first pair of glasses. Got the replacement pair and I couldn't even see with them. Everything was blurry. When I asked if I could get the original pair returned to me (mailed like 3 days prior to receiving these and I like in ON - several provinces away taking almost a week to mail), I was told I couldn't as they were already being recycled. Found this a little hard to believe but wasn't going to question it too much as I was also told I could get a refund. So now I'm currently waiting for my return mailing label to be sent to me (don't have a printer and don't want to go through the hassle of accessing one and paying to print) by mail so that when they finally receive the glasses I can get a refund. I have no use for the glasses, so clearly not trying to rip them off as I can't see a single thing clearly with the glasses. Just hoping there isn't an issue with me returning them 'delayed' as I'm waiting to receive the label from them via mail.
Decent experience with customer service, but also felt like I was being mansplained to. I have a specific prescription and know what the first people told me. So no sir, the company did not just send me the EXACT SAME PAIR OF GLASSES, like you tried to tell me.
Really wish you had the option to have both the original pair and replacement pair if they are going to make tweaks. Would have been happy with the original pair if they would have told me the changes would only be minor or may not even be noticeable instead of them sending me a pair of glasses that's worse than my outdated prescription."
