"I ordered a set of contacts from Clearly a while ago and paid for expedited shipping. Expected delivery would have been about 7-10 days if I am remembering correctly. After two weeks (so about 14 days) I checked the website and the company still hadn't processes my order. I contacted their customer serivce via their instant messaging service online and they credited my shipping for me and then said they would get back to me in a few days. Four days later someone calls me telling me, again, that they will have someone contact me about my order in a few days. I said okay, and then the next day I Called them and asked if they had an update for me. They tell me again that they will get someone to call me in a few more days. At this point I'm pretty mad. It had been close to a month since I ordered my contacts and their website still says that my order is being processed. I simply asked if they could give me a reason why it was taking so long to process and they could not. To me, it sounds like my order got lost or forgotten about which is really unfortunate. After talking to their customer service for the third time and basically forcing them to stay on the phone with me while they sorted out my order, I got my contacts. Will not be ordering with clearly again. "

"I've been shopping from Clearly for over two years now! My sister first introduced them to me when my prescription stopped changing when I was 17. I've bought 7 pairs of glasses (6 regular pairs and 1 pair of sunglasses) over the years, and I've loved every single one of them! I've never had the frames break on me—although they do tend to loosen over time, but this is an issue I've experienced even when I used to purchase glasses directly from my optometrist :) I would like to add though that prices range a lot depending on how blind you are LOL. While the frames themselves will always be cheap, because I'm near-sighted and have slight astigmatism, my average lenses often cost quite a lot and add up when paired with the frames themselves. Nevertheless, I have never had an issue with Clearly, shipping is always fast, customer service is great, and I will definitely continue to purchase my glasses from here! :D"
